Good electronic test equipment can be a great pleasure to use.
Test equipment which is now too old to be useful on a day-to-day basis,
but which is beautifully designed and made, can also be a pleasure to
behold.
At present, there's just a single page here, on the Tektronix R7844 oscilloscope and the Wavetek 2001 RF sweep generator.
There is also a page which is yet to be fully developed, on
replacing the ring quad diodes in the 1st mixer of the Tektronix 7L14
spectrum analyzer. This is to support discussions on the
Tekscopes mailing list (see the R7844 page) about this.
